New Pattern: Cactus Bear

Writer's picture: slaatje25slaatje25

Meet the cutest houseplant you’ll ever see: Carl the Cactus Bear. What is even better, is that he isn’t the prickly kind at all. Just fluff and cuddles!

Carl is currently sitting on my desk, watching me write this post and everytime I look at him, I can't help but smile!

Carl is knitted flat and seamed. The flowerpot is worked with some stranded knitting. The head and arms are attached afterwards. The pattern can be found here.

If you're new to making knitted toys, fear not! I have created my very first Youtube tutorial showing how to assemble Carl. You can find the video here! (Please leave me a thumbs up or a comment... my channel is very VERY new!)

If you have any suggestions of what other videos or toys you'd like me to create, please leave a comment below or send me a message on any of my social media platforms.
